Quality Assurance
MEGA P&C complies with ISO 9001:2015 management system certificated by Lloyd's Register.After continuous improvement, MEGA P&C haswell developed management systems and
SOP to ensure all operations are reasonably practicable. We keep track of every step to ensure product quality, allowing us to trace all processes.
Quality Control
All QC members of MEGA P&C are
required to pass professional examinations, and all QC procedures, including inspection of raw material,
semi-finished goods, production process and product delivery, must comply with regulations and standards.To
ensure product quality, we conduct rain erosion resistant test, UV resistant test, salt spray test, aging test,
temperature cycling test, color test and hardness test. MEGA P&C's current QC ability fully meets our clients’ requirements for product quality.
Technical Service
MEGA P&Chas a professionalTechnical Service team which providing on-site guidance to our customers. Our experienced team is trained to provide customized services to our individual customers.
